Notes for week of 13 April
We have a mandatory full cast rehearsal this coming Saturday, April 19th
- a detailed schedule is provided below.
Details for the Blocking Rehearsal and Performances are available below.
Tokens of Appreciation for Dance Partners
Ballet tradition holds that dancers give small (inexpensive) gifts of
appreciation to their partners prior to the first performance. Its a "thank you"
for, and/or a remembrance of, time spent rehearsing and performing
together.
Weekly Rehearsal Schedule
We try and work out rehearsal
schedules to minimize conflicts with other activities. Please let us know what
hours your dancer is available to rehearse. A detailed schedule for Beatrix
Potter rehearsals will be posted at the studio and our website by February 9th
with rehearsals starting the week of February 11th. Dancers
that do not attend classes and rehearsals regularly or miss one of the important
dates below will be dismissed and all fees forfeited.
